[:ja]クロークを以下の時間帯に開設いたします。

3月15日(木)	8:30 – 20:00
3月16日(金)	8:30 – 17:30	懇親会中のお預かりはできません（別会場となります）
3月17日(土)	8:30 – 18:00	自由集会中のお預かりはできません（18:00〜）
3月18日(日)	8:30 – 15:30

• クロークは正面出入口付近（下図参照）です
  
• お荷物をお預けの際には，係よりクローク札をお渡しいたします
• クローク札を紛失すると荷物の引き渡しはできません
• 荷物をお引き取りの際には，クローク札を係の者へお渡し願います
• 貴重品、壊れもの、生鮮品等（要冷蔵・冷凍品を含む）を含む荷物はお預かりできません。また，盗難，紛失及び破損等の責任は負いかねます
• 傘は他の荷物とまとめていただきますようお願いします
• 終業後は翌朝まで荷物の引き渡しができません
  • 翌朝までクロークは無人となります
  • 最終日の終業後は大会本部に荷物を移動します
• 火災や地震発生等の非常時にはクロークは閉鎖いたします

[:en]Cloakroom is available during the following hours at the venue. Use of the cloakroom is free of charge.

The cloakroom is near the South Entrance (see the map below) .

Use of the cloakroom

• You will receive a number disc which corresponds to the location of your luggage.
• If you lose the disc, you could not be received your luggage.
• When /meeting/luggage, Please hand your number disc to us.
• The cloakroom dose not accept:
  • Valuable items
  • Fragi/meeting/
  • Perishable food
  • An umbrella/a parasol alone (please put it together with other luggage)
  • Please bear in mind that we shall not be held liable for damage caused by loss of money or breakage of valuables.
• Luggage may not be left overnight in the cloakroom. Any luggage left at the end of this conference will be handed into the headquarter.
• In case of emergency, the cloakroom will be closed immediately. Participants cannot return to the cloakroom to retrieve items.
