Enhancing English communication is crucial for effective participation in international scientific communities. However, smooth English communication is challenging for most Japanese researchers due to limited practice and mental barriers. This workshop is designed to help students, early-career scientists, and experienced researchers improve their confidence and fluency in spoken English. Participants will engage in interactive activities to practice speaking and thinking in English, while receiving practical tips to refine their communication skills. The workshop fosters a supportive environment for peer learning and collaboration, welcoming scientists at all career stages.
