This session will focus on the development of projection matrix-based community projections and invasibility analyses in R, using the new adapt3 package. The session will start with a tutorial on the development of matrix projection models, and then move into the development of aggregate density-based projections to test ecological and evolutionary hypotheses. I will include the estimation of community and evolutionary parameters as a part of this session.
