Introduction
The presenter has developed eco-tours using canoes in Asahi River and Yoshii River in Okayama Prefecture.As a result, it was proven that the canoe was excellent as a method to understand the natural environment of the river.In this presentation, a trial tour was carried out in the inland sea in order to further develop the eco-tour using canoe.
Method
The eco-tour was carried out in the sea area around Maejima in Setouchi City, Okayama Prefecture.In the eco-tour, the presenter rode a canoe and gave an explanation.
Results
The presenter was able to explain the nature of the Seto Inland Sea during the tour.
However, the presenters were hit by local strong winds and were unable to continue their planned course.
Therefore, the presenter changed the course and chose a safe route.

Discussion
Attention needed to be paid to the marine environment, as it could be a severe situation even in the inland sea.As a result of this trial, it was found that sufficient preparation and safety considerations are necessary to carry out the canoe eco-tour in the Seto Inland Sea.
