How to register

Process of registration
- The registration fee for 5th EAFES Congress 2012 is the same as participants for the 59th annual meetings of ESJ. Regular and student fee is available and the fee of banquet is extra.
- Firstly, please apply for the participation in the registration system linked from the EAFES5 official web site (Link).
- The deadline of prior registration is January 11, 2012, 17:00 (JST).
- The registration number issued in this procedure and your password are necessary for payment of the fees, submission of the abstract of your presentation, inquiries, and requesting reissue of confirmation e-mail. Please record and hold them by the time.
- If you wish to give a poster presentation, please apply for the presentation at the same time. The deadline of application is November 10, 2011, 17:00 (JST).
- If you are assigned to talk at a symposium (EAFES5 & ESJ59) or an organized session (ESJ59), please apply only for the participation in the meeting. Registration for the talk is unnecessary, because the symposium or session organizer will register instead of you.
- Notice that you cannot register the abstract of your talk unless you have finished registration for the participation in the meeting.
- If you wish to purchase the Abstract book, mark the check box of "Order an abstract book" on the application form in the registration system.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the congress and avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly recommended to register for the congress in advance.
Japanese Travel Bureau Corporation (JTB Co.) will open the website for payments (Link). Payments by credit card will be accepted.
- ~~Payments by symposium/poster presenters must be completed by 17:00 (JST) on 9 December 2011 (Friday)~~. Payments by symposium/poster presenters must be completed by 17:00 (JST) on 11 January 2012 (Wednesday).
JTB will help the reservation of accommodations (will be open in the middle of December, Link), but not transportation (see Access page).
