Recruitment of candidates for the 29th (2025) Miyadi Award of the Ecological Society of Japan
The Miyadi Award of the Ecological Society of Japan (ESJ Miyadi Award) is an award given to recognize young ESJ members who are making important contributions to ecology.
Three awardees will be selected from self-appointed applicants or those recommended by ESJ members. Awardees will be publicly commended and receive a prize of JPY 100,000 at the ESJ annual meeting.
We request that nominations be made keeping in mind the aim of this award.
Nominees who have already received either the "ESJ Young Scholar Award (Suzuki Award)" or the "ESJ Oshima Award" will be evaluated based on their research activities following the receipt of these past awards.
The Ecological Society of Japan is actively working to promote diversity among the award recipients.
