Preparing Poster Presentations
- We will provide a 90-cm-wide × 210-cm-high poster board for each poster presentation. Poster sessions will be conducted for 2 days during the meeting. We expect to receive a maximum of 1,000 submissions at a maximum. In ESJ67, the number of poster presentation entered for the award application and general (i.e. non-applied) will be limited to 500 and 500, respectively. Applications will be received on a first-come-first-served basis, and if the limit is reached, other presentation types will need to be selected. For example, when the limit of presentations entered for award application is reached, general poster presentations or oral presentations can be selected. When the limits of both types of poster presentations are reached, only oral presentations can be selected.
- To improve scientific communication with participants who are less proficient in Japanese, we encourage speakers in Japanese to present in English and, even for the presentations in Japanese, we encourage inclusion English with Japanese and preparation of some English offprints.
- Please bring thumbtacks pins to attach your poster to the poster board. Please note that they are out of stock at stores around the venue every year.
